Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:
1. No Refund After Work Begins
Once a project has been started or delivered (partially or fully), refunds are not applicable. Each order involves dedicated research, strategy, and custom content creation.
2. Pre-Work Cancellation
Clients may request a full refund only if the order is canceled before work has commenced.
3. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we offer revisions to align the work with your requirements. Clear feedback must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
4. Scope-Based Work
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from changes in scope, unclear briefs, or additional requirements not included in the original order.
5. Delays & Turnaround
While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client are not eligible for refunds.
6. Non-Tangible Services
As this is a digital service involving intellectual work, all sales are considered final once the service has been initiated.
7. Milestone Payments (Where Applicable)
For select projects, milestone-based payments may be offered. In such cases, clients can opt to pay a portion of the total fee (e.g., 50%) and receive delivery of the corresponding portion of the project scope.
8. Partial Completion & Withdrawal
If a client chooses to discontinue the project after a milestone has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued for the completed portion. However, any remaining portion of the payment may be refunded, provided work on the next phase has not yet begun.
